I came across this quote and wanted to share it with you both.

When I read this I thought of Amelie.
She is our family star and has taught us all the importance of family, faith and love.
I am sure she will have many more lessons as we go on.

How fortunate we are to have such love and support from our family. I know sadly not all grieving parents receive this from family and friends and this breaks my heart. Thoughtful gestures of remembrance like this, really help you get you through these hard times. (Especially days like tomorrow; when you are supposed to celebrate, be carefree and happy.) We are so blessed to have such sweet people like Elaina (my husbands cousins wife and also great support and friend to me), sent us this sweet and thoughtful Valentines Day card. It made me cry and smile at the same time..and it made me so proud of my baby.

Dear Zita, I'm so sorry for the loss of your Amelie. What a beautiful name for your darling little girl. I'm glad that you received this Valentine and that you are surrounded by love and support. It makes all the difference to grieving parents yes. The simplest gestures, words and acknowledgement mean the world to us don't they?
